Perfect Size.

I will admit the picture of the bag makes it look massive but ended up being the perfect size. So far love the bag.

Overpriced. Poor Quality Handles

Terrible quality on the handles. The faux leather rubs off with hardly any use. For the price paid, you’d expect better materials. I’m seeing similar criticisms across the comments section so hopefully this feedback is being taken into account for future design iterations.

I bought this bag right before a trip and saved the day on the way home

My Second Bag In 5 Years

I cannot talk enough about the quality of this bag. I had my first duffle bag for 5 years before having to replace it. I use it for the gym everyday. That’s about 5,000 times zipping it open and close. It eventually needed to be replaced and did not hesitate for a second with getting another Herschel.

Great Overnight Bag!

If you’re looking for a quick trip bag, this is it. Shoe compartment, shoulder strap and overall, super lightweight. Perfect for a couple nights away. Leather trim and double zipper pulls are nice! Got three for my triplet nephews with the matching toiletry bags that are just the right size.

Poor Quality Handles

It was a great bag, until it wasn't. . . . . The handles have begun to disintegrate, leaving little flecks of faux leather all over everything. Pending a response on my claim for their "lifetime warranty".

Great Bag For Day Trips And Travel

I really love the features of this bag. I love that. It has the extra pocket for the shoes to keep it separate from everything else as well as the option to have the shoulder strap. If you choose not to utilize the shoe pocket, it shrivels easily so you can fill the space with clothing.
