Buy If You Like Peely Leather Bottom

We bought this for my daughter for school. After less than 2 months this bag looks like something I wouldn’t even donate. All the leather (pleather) is completely ripped and literally peeling off. Horrible quality and even worse customer service. I am on my 3rd month of waiting for a 2nd reply for them to give me a “credit voucher” for the crap quality bag. Literally a joke! My daughter went back to her old jansport bag which is still in perfect condition after 2.5 years of use. Never again with Herschel. Learned my lesson. Jansport only from now on.
