Hey Dude Inconsistent Sizing

Very comfortable product predominantly for house footwear. Great as slippers. Minimal support for daily wear outside. Bought two pairs having tried on many in the store. Still had to return one pair because of constriction about one foot which would not abate. Overall reasonable for the price but size controls are pretty poor.

I ordered 2 pairs Grey and Navy Blue. My shoes arrived in bags. My shoes were saggy looking due to no cardboard inserts and were not in original boxes. I was not happy to say the least. So I contacted customer service and explained my disappointment in the product. Mind you we went back and forth for nearly an hour without no reasonable compensation for my troubles. Buyer beware these come in plastic bags! I’m disappointed in the way customer service handled the situation. I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.
