Worn And Used Upon Arrival

I love Dicks! I normally shop in stores. However bought a pair of Bear paws and Hey Dudes online for a very decent price. When I received the notification that my Dudes arrived I was super excited this is my first pair. Immediately I could see hair in the shoes, no packaging in the shoes no box. The bottom of the shoes were black. The insides looked brown like no sock usage. Took them to our neighborhood Dicks and explained. They said they came out of Kansas and would be happy to return them for me and gave me another pair for the same price! I will not order online again too lunch hassle for sure! We hope the bear paws come in ok!
