Rated 5 out of 5 by from Simply Awesome Bought these for ice fishing. They were a little hard to get on my boots but once on they worked flawlessly. I have had other types before but none of this quality! Great product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Quality product This is my first winter I've hiked through snow and I was a bit nervous about climbing and descending steep rocky hills. The Freesteps 6 crampons worked like a charm! I traversed up and down hills at a good rate of speed with confidence. The icy rock hops across streams were no trouble. The rubberized holder held in place and made them easy to put on and take off while on the trail. I highly recomend this product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Heavy Duty Grip I bought these just before a big snow/ice storm and they were great. Fit well over boots. No slippage on boots. Great grip on the snow and ice. You shouldn't wear them inside on wood floors but I had no problem with carpet and linoleum. Felt safe for the first time in my icy driveway!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great grip! I’m out ice fishing nearly every weekend and these crampons make a huge difference. They don’t slide causing discomfort, and they’re snug fit keeps them in place. Others I’ve owned just don’t have the same bite.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Useful These are awesome. I can’t imagine winter up here in NH without them. They fit onto any shoe and really help for dog walking and hiking in icy conditions. My current set has lasted for 2 years, but now needs to be replaced. I’m so glad I found these.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice Spikes Have been using these here in the Adirondacks on low- snow -year, moderately steep hikes. Versatile so far, allowing for excellent traction on packed snow and variable iced-up stream beds. Can't comment on durability so far as I 've only had them a couple of weeks, but so far so good.Pay attention to the size chart, and tend to the lower end of your size. I wear a size 9 and went from size large to a medium. You want these to be snug on your kicks...Also, had a great transaction with Dick's exchanging for the right size. All in all, a great purchase!
