Do Not Buy These.

These were surprisingly horrible shoes. Within 2 weeks, the soles were falling apart. I purchase Hokas for my whole family and this is the first time we have ever experienced such poor quality.

Disappointed In Quality And Return Policy

I purchased these shoes for my 8-year-old son on March 15 (today is May 2), and while he found them comfortable, they are already falling apart. A strip from the sole is peeling off, and the toe rubber is separating from the fabric—this after just over six weeks of normal wear. Dick’s Sporting Goods refused to accept a return, despite being within the 90-day window, because the shoes were worn. I was advised to contact Hoka directly. However, Hoka requires that I mail the shoes in—at my own expense—for evaluation before they’ll even determine if the product is defective. We’ve purchased many shoes for our four kids over the years, and none have deteriorated like this, especially not at this price point. I’ve owned Hokas myself and had a pair last for years, which is why we trusted the brand and invested in these shoes. This pair, unfortunately, is a total disappointment—and the lack of accountability from both the retailer and manufacturer is frustrating. Save your money and buy something else.
