Shoes Are Great, Service Was Awful

My daughter loves these shoes. My problem is that we ordered 3 online to try and find the right size. When I returned them, two were returned normally and the other was refused. The staff couldn't tell me why it wasn't being returned and would only offer store credit. (These shoes had not been worn, but only tried on and were too big.) I had to mail the shoes and still haven't received a credit. I did not receive good customer service. I won't be buying back to school shoes from Dick's again.
