Poor Quality Control - Poor Customer Service

First pair of Bondi 8 shoes were great. 2nd pair 2 years later were exactly the same size, just a different color. The 2nd pair was much more narrow in the toe box. I thought they would break in, but they did not. I cannot wear them. I talked to Hoka Customer Service and they said "try to sell them on ebay. Your 3 month return window is closed." This is a quality control issue and should be covered under the warranty. Hoka has been very unhelpful.

Good Features, Bad Packaging

I was finally able to secure the much heard about Hoka Bondi 8 and they're very soft on the foot and has a really good cushioning. Quite good for regular walking. However, to my disappointment, the shoe arrived in a Hoka Clifton box, one of the shoe had a shoe tree inside but the other one did - clearly felt like somebody's return item. I am extremely disappointed in how this was handled.
