I bought these shoes while recovering from ankle surgery (9 + months post surgery). They started hurting my knee really bad because they encouraged supination or underpornation. I tried to return them to Dicks after wearing them for two weeks and the store manager at the freehold location was stern and somewhat rude and explained since he cant resell them, he could not help me and referred me to customer service online. I was asking for a Store Credit. This is very frustrating considering the amount of money I have spent at Dicks on Golf equipment , it is literally thousands of dollars. Customer service informed me they could not help me since i bough them in Store and referred me to Hoka. Hoka accepted the return and gave me a website credit which was fair and I would rate Hoka customer service 5 stars for standing behind their product. I will however NEVER buy shoes from Dicks again , and I am pretty sure I get get golf equipment elsewhere ..
