Super Comfortable And Great Service At Dick’s Northborough

I recently picked up the HOKA Men’s Clifton 10 shoes from Dick’s Sporting Goods in Northborough, and they’ve honestly been one of the most comfortable pairs of shoes I’ve owned. Right out of the box, they felt lightweight, soft, and very supportive. I’ve been using them for walking and everyday wear, and my feet feel much less tired at the end of the day. The cushioning is excellent without making the shoes feel bulky. I also had a really positive experience at the Northborough Dick’s location. The staff were friendly, helpful, and gave me enough time to try on different sizes without feeling rushed. The store was organized and easy to shop in, which made the whole experience even better. Definitely happy with both the shoes and the customer service.

A Classic Hoka Model - A Favorite!!!

I know that the Hoka Cliftons are perhaps the most popular model of Hokas, but I had previously only tried the Bondis and Arahis - when I tried on the Cliftons, I could see why these are such big sellers as well! They’re comfy, supportive and I love the colors! I would highly recommend!

I Do A Lot Of Walking Outside And The Bottom Of My Feet Started To Hurt. A Friend Of Mine Suggested These Sneakers So I Tried Them. They Didn`t Take The Pain Fully Away But Alot Better Than Before.

Helps With Foot Pain

Quality Is Slipping, Warranty Is A Joke

I've been a repeat Hoka customer for several years now. Up until now, I've always been very happy with the Clifton and Arahi. My most recent Clifton 10 shoes developed a hole after less than a month of use. I submitted a warrenty claim and provided all requested data. Three weeks later I had heard nothing so I reached back out. I was told to resubmit my photos. After that I received a prompt reply that my claim was not covered due to accidental damage. Convient response. Now I've got a $150 pair of shoes with a hole that I'm stuck with. I'm taking my business to On Coud Shoes.
