Simply Outstanding As A Shoe Unto Itself, They Are Amazing !!

I had an exceptional experience with my purchase of the HOKA shoes. I did return the initial pair because of an issue I had with my foot and the width, which I thought was contributing to the problem. So I contacted Customer Service and they explained brilliantly what I needed to do. So I went to the Kenwood Store and BAM every Associate I encountered was Stellar in their Customer Service !! From the Greeting to Checkout they were AMAZING !! The Shoes are spectacular as noted in my Headline, they are so so comfortable, sleek, stylish, and provide such great stability and support for my feet !! I absolutely love them and highly, very highly, recommend them !! As well as commedning the personel of DICK's in Kenwood for being so great !!!

They are amazing for long walks. My husband and i recently started hiking and he says his feet feel great at the end of the day. Now he has got the waterproof and non waterproof version

Poor Quality And Terrible Customer Service

After less than three months of light use, the bottom soles began to peel away from the shoes. Hokas customer service is terrible to deal with, very poor warranty process and takes a very long time. Very disappointed, this brand makes comfortable shoes, but over promises and under deliver in quality and customer service.
