Bad Bad Return Policy

I bought HOKA shoes. It created skars after some attempts to use in hopes of getting adjusted. I tried to return at store yesterday. They did not take it back, stating the shoes have to be as good a shape when they were sold. If I wanted to return shoes in brand new condition, why would I buy them?? Poor Quality I Have A Hole At The Top Of The Left Shoe The Right Shoe Bottom Of My Shoe Is Flapping After 1 Month

I bought these shoes at the end of April and started wearing them in May 2025. I only wear them for walking while at work and on my daily walk in the park. I washed them by hand for the first time and used a soft bristle brush as directed and.....AND YOU CAN SEE MY SOCKS THROUGH THE TOP OF THE SHOE MID TOE AREA!!! At work tonight I am walking and notice the bottom of my shoe is flapping!!! The sole designs have detached and when I walk I can see the bottom designs as I take a step. I sit down and take my shoe off to see that a $122 pair of shoes have broke down. Ridiculous!!! I am too disappointed, and too embarrassed to show a picture of this horrific find. Going straight to Dicks in the morning....then I will be without a walking shoe until.......who knows
