Too Low In The Heel

I bought these and I have flat feet. Walking for a little bit in the store was fine but then any extended use was annoying.

So Bouncy!

Purchased for speed work and as an entry level race day shoe, as I have no need for carbon-plated race shoes at my current running level. The stack provides ample cushion, but the plate and rocker support picking up the pace. It’s still a relatively stable shoe, but has a pleasantly bouncy ride. The heel is more comfortable than the previous version, but I still experience some minor heel slip even with a runners knot.
