Not For Neutral Runners, Aggressive Stability Correction

I bought these as soon as they came out with high expectations. The cushioning makes for a nice, comfortable, albeit slow, ride, but these were initially toted as neutral trainers and they are far from it. I was hoping it would improve as they broke in but it hasn't. These are aggressive stability shoes pushing you to the outside of your foot. If you have problems with over pronation or excessive ankle cave and need help in that area, they might be good for you, but if you're a neutral runner at all, they're going to make it really hard to push off the ball of your foot

Be Careful Of Site

While Hoka offers a 30 day run guarantee Dicks does not honor this. I tried to return my shoes within 30 days and they refused to take them back. Shoes have too much cushion for me. Just wanted them to honor return.

Height stack and max cushion all the way to the bank. Wide toe box fits snuggly and you have the hoka brand to support it. Fun shoe for jogging, running, long runs and 5k/10k runs. Only negative is better color way for the shoe

Potential, But Returned Them

I am a "clydesdale" runner and have ran in Bondis for years, transitioned to NB Supercomp Trainers, and thought these looked great. The feel was like the v1 Supercomp, slightly unstable. The fit was tight around my heel, all of my joints hurt
