I purchased my first pair of Hokas from Dicks, as I usually by On Clouds. Within this short time, the rubber on both toes is peeling away from the shoes and the hoka cloth logo that goes across the string area has torn off one side. I’m very disappointed. They were purchased in April and while my on clouds typically last me a good year or so, these have lasted two months. For the warrant replacement, you’re forced to send them back and wait for approval, all while being without shoes, in order to get a credit to go on their website and purchase another pair to wait on.
