Would Not Recommend For Running
I would never ever recommend that you wear these for long term running. They are extremely stiff leading to blisters. If you have any sorts of ankle problems it will make it worse. I got so many shin splints. They slipped out from under me all the time, and felt heavy on my feet. I ran in them for a whole cross country and track season and hated them every second. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND FOR RUNNING!!! They are also extremely beat up for only one year of use.
