I am very disappointed with the quality control that failed to detect the defective machining of the rear support. Even a cursory examination of the part reveals that it was never installed. We could operate the machine without replacing the cracked plastic flywheel cover (a second defect) – but it will be unsafe without the stabilizing foot. No express shipment of parts is available. Delaying my wife's in-home PT as a result is tragic.

Not Well Manufactured
The bike works, and it's nice to use overall, but it wasn't manufactured well and it leans off to one side. The blue accents aren't part of the plastic, but are stickers that are stuck on crooked and can be peeled off.

Not Good
Bike out of alignment. Had to have repaired. No instructions on how to use! I have a25yr old horizon weight machine no adjustments ever smooth and quite with a big manual LD

Great Bike
Bout this a month ago and its been amazing. High performing bike with great features. Really like the bluetooth heart rate monitor component.
