This is an update to my previous review (LAW06): After about 5 weeks, loud noise started to come from the drive train, inside the main body of the bike. Reported the problem to Horizon Fitness via email (forget about going through the links on the registration page - they’re all dead). They asked for a video documenting the problem which I sent the same day. Since then . . . dead air! Haven’t heard anything - no warranty claim #, no follow up of any kind. Calling their customer service tech line is a joke, operators have no idea what’s happening. Seriously poor customer service experience.
