Some Initial Problems And Lingering Issues...

I've had my treadmill for about one year. Had to schedule an in-warranty service call the first month, as the treadmill would occasionally just stop. The entire top control panel was replaced. After the call, I realized that the built in fan was not working, but that's not a big concern for me. Otherwise the treadmill works reasonably well. The treadmill feels reasonably solid and runs smoothly for what I call aggressive walking (incline of 5 degrees and speed of 4-5 mph). The connection to my tablet for Peloton app walking sessions doesn't track incline, only speed. The controls in the handles are also problematic as the lightest tough will change the incline and/or the speed. So all in all, its an OK machine, but I'd probably try another model or brand if buying today.

Had it for 10 months and won’t work now. The belt won’t turn over It said I needed a software update but I did that and it still didn’t solve the issue

Broke After 10 Months

I used this treadmill 3 times a week. It broke after 10 months. I notified the company and got no response. It has taken them 2 months to send out a technician to fix it. Not a great machine and not a great company. Take your money elsewhere.

Efficient And Quiet

I bought this after my Nord a trac broke and i feel it has more cushion and is much quieter. It got good reviews and so far i am happy with it . I run about 4 -5 miles 4 days a week and am about 200lbs

Good Product

We are enjoying our treadmill. We put it together ourselves. It is heavy, so have a dolly and enough people to carry it. It took us 45 minutes - 1 hour to put it together; would have been less had read read the directions a little slower and matched up the pieces
