Terrible Machine

We bought this right as Covid was starting, so we could not get anyone out to service it when it started to malfunction. They would not send anyone out the entire 1 year warranty and then said we would have to pay for someone to come out after the one year was up. This thing stops working while you work out and monthly it won’t even turn on. The manufacturer sent us some instructions on what to do, but they’re terrible. I really really wish I never bought this piece of trash. Absolutely the worst work out machine I have ever used.

I bought the machine and within 5 months of using it the console stopped working.

Making Strange Noise

I brought in January. I was so excited. Installation and setup by Select Express finally after waiting 3 weeks after purchase. Installed very quickly and when I asked who to call if I have problems was told to call the store. First 3 days and started making strange noises. I wasn't sure if it would fall apart or what. This began my journey getting someone to come and repair. Finally, I called Dick's Sporting Goods and told them I wanted to return and get a refund. Select Express picked up last week and I finally got my refund. Lost the $199 installation fee.

Bought this elliptical last month and am very pleased with the purchase. My husband and I were able to assemble on our own because we had awesome direction that explained step by step. I’m glad we changed from a treadmill. This is so much easier on my knees.

It’s Just Ok..

I have this elliptical about a month and after one week it started to make a banging noise so I called horizon and waited 2 weeks for someone to come fix it & it now makes noises in other places
