Worst Bike And Service

This product is not worthy of a good review. It was not put together correctly. The fly wheel does not spin, brakes do not work. It screeches as you try to pedal. Tried calling support, no help. I purchased a 3 -year warranty, the warranty department would not honor until the 1 year manufacturers warranty expired. This is TERRIBLE company to buy any product from.

Good Bike

Nice bike. The only complaint we have is that the seat is extremely hard and uncomfortable. Even with an after market gel pad, it's still a bit hard on ya . . . Lol We have to limit workouts to about 20 minutes.

Feeback After The First Few Weeks Of Ownership

Bike was easy to assemble and setup. Works great for my wife, but un-useable for me, I'm about 6" with a 32" inseam, bike is fine while riding seated, but standing my legs hit the handlebar. This bike desperately needs horizontal handlebar adjustment, not just up/dn

Too Much Resistance

I’m a soon instructor & a road bike competitor. I just had a full knee replacement caused by a crash in a race. The wheel seems to have great resistance. I can’t determine why. I just be able to turn the pedals with no resistance and gradually increase until there is considerable resistance. Not possible with this bike.
