I bought this bike a few weeks ago, and I love it! While assembly was pretty easy, I did struggle to find where the power cord plugged into the bike; it's located at the bottom left side of the front part, near the wheels. Can use any apps with it.

New Cycle With No Resistance
I got the indoor cycle and Assembly was easy. The bike has no resistance. I checked the connection and console which were both fine. I Emailed the company and called for troubleshooting support. I haven’t heard from anyone. A cycle with no resistance is unless. I will be packing it back up and returning it to the store. Spend the extra money and get a different brand.
