Treadmill Is Fine- Instructions For Maintenance And Troubleshooting Are Crap

We've had our T101 for 2 years now and it's done what we needed in a treadmill but the maintenance instructions are crap and its killing us now after 2 years. For example the instructions for lubricating the belt say "use half the bottle" which is fine when you're using the bottle they send you but when you buy a different size bottle you lose that. And in the tightening instructions they don't explain what the correct level of tightness is. "Until it doesn't slip" doesn't work when it never doesn't slip and now you have an overtightened belt and more problems on your hands.

Misleading Advertising

The treadmill is not bad for the price. I was attracted to the fact that it can charge your devices while using the treadmill. Here is the exact quote from their website: "Eye-level tablet holder and USB charging port for your personal devices". It turns out it will only charge your phone, not your tablet or laptop. It clearly says personal deviceS not just your phone-VERY misleading and disappointing. It also comes with a fan that has 3 speeds, but there is almost no difference in the strength between the speeds. Overall, I am disappointed and feel that they are using inaccurate advertising.

Nice Machine And Worth The Money

We bought this in January of 2025. Used most every day of week and it works great. No frills, but in reality, the screen that is supposed to make you think you are in mountains is hype. I have tried them at hotels and it is "silly" at best...LOL Listen to music and relax and walk / jog / run. Works as it should

Good, But Not As Quiet As Before

I have the benefit of owning the current T101 Connect and the prior T101-05 versions. The only surprising difference is that the new model is not as quiet as prior. Also, changing speed by 1 mph increment happens a little less smoothly than in the prior model. You'd think that newer means more improved, but it's not. That's why I gave it 4 stars. Otherwise, it's a fine treadmill for fast walking.

Poor Quality

Worst company! Sends out broken treadmills and refuses to fix said treadmills after admitting the tread mill can stop and accelerate sudden without notice. Don’t buy from here!
