Great Treadmill For The Price

Bought it last month and so far it works great, Bluetooth was easy to pair and assembled by myself and it took me a little bit less than an hour… Heavy box so you will need 2 people to move it.

Awesome Home Treadmill

I have only had my Horizon T202 treadmill for a couple of days. I am so excited and very impressed with my purchase. Its extremely sturdy and so far user-friendly. I will definitely add more of a review once I get more use out of it.

Great Trendmill

I have had my current T101 for 16 years and still runs great. Have had basic maintenance from a local service person and have always been happy with it. Only reason I am moving up is because I want the new features on the T202. Highly recommend

Stop Working In 45 Day's Take Your Hard Earn Money Else Where

The first call that I made they tried to blame me right away they told me because the lack of maintenance the second time after being on hold for an hour and a half. . . Great Treadmill Overalll, Had Issues With It Starting Intermittantly Wouldn't Start, But Solved See Below T202.

I wanted to make sure that folks know the solution I found for the treadmill not starting. Once I started using the blue tooth feature, it seemed to mess with the console not starting unless my phone was in bluetooth mode on or off, try it with either. I wasn't able to use my treadmill for 2 weeks because it wouldn't start, but I left the power on, then happened to play a video on my phone and the phone connected to the treadmill for sound, and poof now the treadmill is working again. So there must be something weird going on with the blue tooth. Check it out if you are having an issue with the treadmill not starting.

The Start Button Stopped Working After Only A Dozen Uses.

I was so excited to move into a space that allowed me to set up a workout area and as I was getting into a healthy routine, I went to turn it on and kept trying to push start but it wouldn't work. After checking the manual, I went online and saw that this is a common issue. To say I am very disappointed is an understatement.

Good Treadmill

I bought my T202 in 2019 and the treadmill is great, but the motor is having issues and running hot. I have the extended warranty and have called on it twice, however the tech does nothing. I have now called a 3rd time because the treadmill shuts down after 35 minutes. When it stops it is very abrupt. I need a new motor and belt at this point and the company that services their warranties have techs that do not know anything about treadmills. I cannot use my treadmill at this point and don't understand why I cannot get this fixed. No offense against Horizon, but I've done all I could and I need someone or something to fix this please.

Buyer Beware!! Worst Treadmill I Have Ever Owned.

I bought my T202 in 2021 and use it primarily for walking. My husband uses it during the hot summers to run (he weighs 180lbs) and the running deck already cracked and the belt skips. The lifetime warranty is only for the frame and motor, since the deck is not considered part of the frame, we are out of pocket for repairs. I've had a few treadmills in my lifetime, none have ever broke, I just upgraded to newer models. This was my first Horizon purchase, but this machine is not built for its intended purpose and customer service is quick to write you off. I'll never buy a Horizon product again.

Horizon T202 Treadmill

Very poor customer service. Treadmill stopped working just over a year by old. Cost more to fix then buy new!

Dead Before Two Years Old

I purchased my T202 treadmill in March 2021. I used it for walking and running, 2-3 times per week for approximately an hour at a time. I had to have it repaired in December 2021 because it was making a terrible sound. This was covered by the warranty. By August 2022, one of the preset workout options caused the display to flash and the belt would not run. I contacted support about this, but since it was out of warranty, I'd have to pay for all repairs. Since I was still able to use the treadmill on other settings, I did not pursue a repair. By December 2022, the display would flash in and out until finally, it went out completely and the treadmill no longer worked at all. I contacted support who transferred me to an out-of-warranty third party repair company, which determined the issue was the circuit board and by their suggestion, it would cost more to replace this than just getting a whole new treadmill. Extremely disappointed that my treadmill died before it was even two years old. Unless you plan to use this machine for very light use, I'd HIGHLY recommend sourcing your treadmill elsewhere. I did enjoy this treadmill while it was functional, but plan on repairs and replacement sooner than you think.

Horizon T202 Treadmill Review

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Horizon T202 is a fantastic treadmill with a great build and ton of features. Easy to adjust and the treadmill has a great ergonomic design. Love the feel and sturdiness of this treadmill. I am also amazed at the customer service of Horizon. They are first class and made everything easy for us during our purchase.

Short Lifespan!

We loved this treadmill but unfortunately the upper console has completely shorted out and the replacement parts cost more than a new treadmill! We’ve only had it 20 months and it’s out of warranty.

Good At First But Didn't Last

Purchased in Apr 2020 after my 10+ year old Nordic Track died. After first month of running was impressive at how sturdy it felt, but did notice that pace seemed a bit easy so bought a Runn Sensor (optical speed measure meant device) which confirmed my suspicion. Anything over about 9MPH and the treadmill struggled to keep up and speed would oscillate up and down by about 0.5MPH and gets worse the faster you go.For reference I am relatively light at 145lbs and slightly above average runner (sub 17min 5k). After the first year, I noticed that the deck seemed to be getting a bit soft like running on a track. For reference I lubricate the deck/belt about every 2-3months. I had it just over 2 years now and yesterday the deck split lengthwise in the center and also destroyed the belt. After 2 years and one month of use, and I don't use it from about mid May-mid Nov unless it the weather is too dangerous to be outside.

Dead After A Year

14 months old machine should not already be dead. Piece of junk!
