Love The Treadmill

We added the treadmill to our home gym and it was a great choice.

Broke After 5-months

Bought this machine in November and the machine stopped working by March. The machine was hardly used! There is a problem with the control console, the buttons are not responsive. A Google search revealed that this is a common problem with these machines, I wish I had known this before purchasing. Dealing with Horizon/Bowflex's Customer Service has been horrible; they have yet to get back to me. I contacted them a week ago, and I still have not heard back from them. I would not recommend this product or branch to anyone.

Quality Issue

On March 11, 2026, I purchased a Horizon T101 Connect Treadmill from Dick’s Sporting Goods for $699.99 (over $750 with tax). This product typically retails for over $1,000 before discounts, so I expected a reliable and properly manufactured product. Unfortunately, when I finally had time to open the packaging and assemble the treadmill two days later, I discovered a major problem: the internal wiring connectors do not match and cannot be connected, which makes the machine completely unusable. This is clearly a manufacturing or packaging error that should never occur with a product in this price range. What makes this situation even more frustrating is that the treadmill is extremely heavy—several hundred pounds. I have already assembled the unit and moved the entire machine into my basement before discovering this defect. Disassembling it, transporting it back upstairs, renting a vehicle, and returning it to the store would take nearly an entire day of effor

This is the perfect treadmill for me - we have a peloton bike and I wanted a reasonable treadmill that was sturdy, etc. It's perfect.
