Great Treadmill!

I bought this a month ago and have been very pleased! Purchased as a backup for bad weather and love the features, fits in a smaller space when folded up, and was a perfect price!

Horizon Has The Worst Customer Service!!!

We bought this treadmill Dec 2025. Our son had an older version and liked his. We had ours 2 months and it stopped working. It had an error code. We called the horizon customer service #. They took our info and said someone would contact us via email in 5 to 7 days. Email, really what an inefficient way to do tech support! About 7 days later we got an email with questions about our problem, We emailed back the answers the same day. One week later they had another question on what software we ran our computer as we may need an update. After our response on the same day we didn't hear back. Two weeks later we went to Dicks in Concord NH and spoke to the manager. He tried contacting them. After several days with the manager getting nowhere either we decided to return the treadmill. This is no easy feat. We were just inside the 90 day return window. We purchased a Sole which has better customer service and bought the service contract. The manager at Concord was fantastic and made every effort to try to help us. This is a Horizon issue not a Dick's issue.

I purchased this machine in December of 2025. It is now April 2026 and it has malfunctioned on two separate occasions. The first time was only after a handful of uses. It would just shut off suddenly while in use, creating a dangerous situation. I contacted customer support and they handled it fairly well. They sent parts pretty quickly, but the company who sends a technician out took a while to set up a time to come and fix it. When the technician came, who was very nice, I explained the issue and he said he thinks it is something other than the part that the company sent, but he swapped out the main panel anyway. After he did that, the machine was working for a few weeks until a new issue arose. Now it is stuck in an incline position and will not start up or operate, so it seems he was correct and the company sent the wrong part. I once again sent an email to customer support and they were quick to respond and told me the parts were being shipped in 1to 2 business days, and I would receive a tracking number. That was March 26th. On April 7th, after no tracking number and no parts arrived, I sent a follow up email. The representative told me some of the parts were originally on back order (then why was I told they were shipping in the first place?), and they are now in stock and shipping in 1 to 2 days. It is now April 18th and still no parts and no tracking number confirming they were even shipped. When I call customer service, I of course get someone outside of the United States who assures me that the parts are on their way, but no one can connect me to someone inside the states who I can speak to about this issue. The fact that this machine seems to have a lot of issues is bad enough, but not being able to speak to anyone inside of the United States is absolutely unacceptable.

Great Tradmill

I have been running 20 year , I work 6 days a week 12, 15 hour a day, I don't have time to go gym , I do run at home 4 times a week at least 5 miles, since I bought this tradmill I run more because this tradmill is best and comfortable and heavy.

Didn’t Work At All - It’s Trash

The treadmill didn’t work at all. They shipped me parts and a tech is supposed to be comings. That’s been 3 weeks. DICKs has not done anything’s. I don’t recommend the treadmill or shopping at Dicks

After 60 Minutes, Non-functional...

Purchased new and after about 1 hour of use started throwing an error code. Non-functional. Horizon says they're shipping a new motor. If I didn't have to rent a truck to return this to Dicks i would have already gotten rid of it. INCREDIBLY DISAPPOINTING.

I bought this heavy treadmill and brought it home. Lugged it up a flight of stairs assembled it plugged it in and got an error code immediately. After troubleshooting steps and several attempts to contact Horizon unsuccessfully I returned it to Dick's Sporting Goods and got a refund. I would not recommend this product or the company who is supposed to service it!

I bought this treadmill about 3 weeks ago. The in-store service was excellent. Delivery and set up were also excellent! The machine works as advertised and is really quite a delight.
