Rated 1 out of 5 by from inferior product I purchased these gloves for my 18 year-old son. He wore them for the first time this weekend while skiing. First of all, his hands did not stay dry. I'm not sure if the gloves aren't waterproof or if his hands were sweating, but they ended up wet and cold. The lining is not anchored to the glove, so when he took them off (wet), the lining turned inside out, making it very hard to get them back on. The quick release strap did not keep the gloves snug, and the toggle already came off the cuff closure on one of the gloves. Those issues also contributed to the gloves not being very warm. Overall, I am very disappointed.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor product I bought these gloves and after wearing them for less than 10 minutes decided to return them for a refund. The gloves did not keep my hands comfortable when the temperature was 5 degrees Fahrenheit and while griping handles on a snowblower. Very poor insulating value for a product named Hot Fingers! Would have been happy to purchase another pair of gloves at the same store, however, there was such a limited selection of men’s gloves, like zero for cold weather use, that I left the store without making a purchase.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very good product I have to be honest about this purchase. With the winter that we have had in Indiana, and the fact that my wife had given my pair of gloves to my oldest son because he lost his, I needed a new pair of gloves. Because of when I purchased them, (February) many stores no longer were carrying gloves because they had already changed over to summer items. I happened upon the glove department at Dick's, they had racks and racks of gloves, and frankly this was one of the cheaper pairs and so I bought them. They are great! In the past, my old gloves would cause my hands to get cold after an extended stay outside. This pair of gloves stays very warm. They are a little bulky but other than that, I do not have any other complaints. Stay warm.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Hot fingers, more like wet fingers I bought these gloves to use for snow boarding and snow ball fights. I tried them on in the store and they felt very soft and warm. After wearing them in the snow one time, they did not keep my hands warm, and worse, they get very wet inside after touching snow for a short time. I had to go back to my old gloves to finish a snow ball fight with my kids. Not worth $29.99.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Comfortable but no so warm The gloves are comfortable to wear but I wouldn't want to have these gloves on a very cold day. I replaced my old ski gloves after they were starting to leak after 10+ years of good service. These gloves were very comfortable in the store so I bought them thinking the light weight and the "new" style would be great but after I had them on for an hour in snowy and cold(about 25 degrees F and I wasn't using them to ski) the tips of my fingers were getting cold. OK for moderate temps but don't buy them for very/extreme cold temps.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Hot Fingers men's Gloves not so HOT! I purchased 2 pairs of these gloves, since my old gloves no longer kept my hands warm when snow blowing and cleaning snow off cars. They may be water proof, wind proof, but not cold proof. I even tried with an extra pair of gloves inside and my fingers still got cold. I need a good pair that keeps my hands warm in the winter. I live in Rochester, New York area and this is not an extreme cold area, these gloves did not live up to advertised "keep hands warm". I will be returning them and look for something better.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Hot Fingers Men's Rip-N-Go Glove Good - Price, comfort, pocket/zipper for warmers, buckle to tighten, no H2O penetration, rolled fingers.Bad - finger tips cold w/ mid/low insulation.I don't mind the finger tips having mid/low insulation. It helps to grab items (shovels, door knobs, car doors, bags, hot coco, make snowballs..etc) On extremely cold outings, I wear a thin cotton glove inside this glove to protect my finger tips.Gloves come off easy, in case I have to use my hands (tie shoes, answer phone, take out wallet)

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good... I was told for $30.00, these gloves are great. Why buy Gortex lined for $60? They are good. Not great for cold or cold wind days.
