Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very Warm These gloves keep my hands warm in the bitter cold of winter. They are incredibly soft inside, and extend up the wrist a bit farther than other gloves, which really helps keep warmth in.In regard to size - they are a tiny bit tight at the base of the thumb, which I think many have interpreted to make the glove feel "too small." Though I was concerned that they were too small at first, after three wears I am convinced that the size small fits me well. My hands are about 7.5 inches from the base of the wrist to the tip of the middle finger, and about 4 inches wide. If you feel concerned, just buy the next size up, I'm sure they'll do just as well.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Warm and comfortable I bought Hotfingers Flurry II mittens in late Dec. 2015; perhaps by then they had resolved the size issues. I have medium hands with thin fingers and short fingernails. I purchased a large in order to wear liners underneath, but I rarely used them. The mittens are warm and waterproof when temperatures are in the teens. The fleece storm cuff is a plus. I had more dexterity with my prior pair of medium-size Hotfingers mittens (short in the fingers); however, the large size is more comfortable and my thumbs stay warmer.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from This product has problems I eventually ordered all three sizes stating with Ladies small. All were too tight across the knuckles, and I have small hands! The size small would have fit a young child - hardly Ladies. The large was too long and still too tight across the knuckles.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Warmest Mitten The reviews that say these run small are true - I have average to small sized hands and I wear a Large in these mittens. I am currently ordering a second pair (to have a different color - currently own pink, buying black). I ski/play sports in the winter and when wearing these my fingers have never been cold or wet. I often have to take them off to cool down my hands because they are sweating. These mittens are definitely waterproof and very warm!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from These run very small I had to give these to my daughter who has size S hands. I bought the L size. Time to shop the men's section for gloves, as I need some air in the gloves to keep my hands warm. I even used glove liners to no avail.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from No more cold hands! I have been a down hill skier for 12 years and my one complaint is that my hands get cold. I have purchase gloves that cost $70 dollars and then someone suggested mittens. I went looking for great mittens and found a pair that cost $90 dollars. I just couldn't spend that kind of money on another pair of mittens. The I found the hotfinger mittens and thought I would give them a try. They work great. Just skied at Nubs on 1/26 and was able to ski the entire day becasue my hand stayed warm. I would highly recommend this product.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Runs very small These were cozy but had to return them because they were too small. I wear a 6.5 in gloves and the small squeezed my hand! I instead got their "Hot Fingers Women's hot-rap RAD Mitt" in a medium and they are AWESOME. SOoooo soft! Its a soft glove inside a waterproof/windproof mitten. How can you go wrong with that!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not Warm Enough for Midwest Winters I bought these a month ago in anticipation of another fridged winter. I've already worn them several times-including this 25 degree morning. However, in just a 10 minute walk my fingers were already getting cold and this is only November. I'm going to order the LL Bean mittens again.
