User-friendly, Insulation Is Adequate

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Keeps food reasonably warm until lunch time, although it’s definitely not “hot” per se. The 20 is more than enough space for a serving of soup. The rubber part of the lid is a bit tricky if you’re handwashing is, but luckily it can be chucked in the dishwasher.
