Doesn’t Keep Ice Frozen

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think I received a defective tumbler. After a few weeks it stopped keeping the ice in my drink frozen. It melts just like it is in a normal glass cup. The outside of the tumbler also gets very cold as if it is not insulated. Could the vacuum seal be defective?
