[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The bottle doesn't keep water cool for any length of time. Yesterday it lasted about 6 hours and all of that time it was in my office which is air conditioned. It also did not keep the water cold overnight. I have 2 of your other bottles, older models, a 24 oz and a 32 oz, and they perform well. I am quite disappointed, and there is no chat feature on the website, despite an indication that there is one, and my email bounced, so there is no way to contact Hydroflask.

Not As Good As The Old

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved the product but I had accidentally ordered a pink hydro flask with the wrong cap it was meant to be the one with the straw. I knew it was my fault but I wish you guys could just let me buy the pink straw cap now the black one. And I couldn’t return it either to get the right one I am still keeping it though.
