Love The Chug

Chug Cap Design
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, the water bottle is good. The reason for my three star review is because of the chug cap design. A lot of times when I try to open the top cap, the entire cap base will loosen. Should have been designed where the two work in opposite directions - bottom piece should tighten when the top cap loosens.
