It’s Already Rusting
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Im super disappointed that within a week of receiving my new bottle, a rust spot has appeared on the inside wall of the bottle. I haven’t dropped or damaged it, so I’m not sure what would cause it to rust so quickly :(

Replacement Hydro
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] You guys made a lifelong customer out of me. I’m not sure what happened to my original hydro but it just wasn’t keeping my drinks cold. I emailed you guys and you replaced my hydro and it works great!! Thank you so much for standing by your warranty and making me a happy customer. It means so much to me. It’s nice to see a company stand behind their product like you should. And like you did. Nice breath of fresh air.

Terrible Durability, Broken Bottle After Less Than 60 Days
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After less than 60 days the inner bottle seems to have separated from whatever connects it to the outer shell at the bottom, and it rattles when you shake it. This makes me think the insulation has been compromised and there is now potential for water to get into the insulation space, where mold could grow. Pretty disappointed that this “name brand” and fairly expensive bottle failed almost immediately. If you actually USE your water bottle, do not buy one of these. Any minor drop, ding or bang might break whatever flimsy sheet metal they use to create the insulated section.
