[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hi Hydro Flask Team, I’ve been a loyal Hydro Flask user for almost eight years and have always raved about the quality of your bottles. I recently bought one for my boyfriend because I’ve had such great experiences with mine over the years. Unfortunately, within the first week, the straw lid began making a loud noise every time it was used. I tried all the usual fixes — removing and twisting the straw, cleaning, etc. — but nothing worked. It also leaks heavily when it’s laid on its side, even briefly. I figured it might have been a one-off issue, but not long after, my boyfriend bought me a new Hydro Flask to replace my five-year-old one (which still works great, just dented). This new bottle looks beautiful, but it doesn’t hold cold water for more than a couple of hours — unlike my older one, which keeps drinks cold overnight. I truly love your products and have always recommended them to others, so it’s disappointing to experience these issues with two new bottles in a row. I’m not sure if these were faulty batches or if the quality has changed, but I wanted to reach out to share my experience and see if there’s anything that can be done.

64 Oz Of Purple Fun!!!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this flask!!!! Beachplum purple is purple enough for me!!!! I've been inquiring about a 64 oz purple hydro flask and now, I have one!!!!! It's great! I don't have to refill it often and my water stays cold, just the way I like it! I now own two growlers. Thanks a bunch!!!!!

Straw Problems
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] On the 64oz bottle, the straw doesn’t work unless it’s in the EXACT RIGHT position. And it doesn’t really stay there, so you have to hold it in place if you want to drink. Had I know, I never would have bought this model. I’m a big hydroflask fan and have owned and own many other bottles. But this 64oz has a major flaw.
