[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently reached out regarding the lid on my Hydro Flask, which has been leaking since we purchased it during our trip to Alaska. I’ve continued using the bottle because it holds sentimental value. When I contacted Hydro Flask, they kindly sent a replacement lid at no cost. Unfortunately, the replacement lid leaks as well. I plan to look into purchasing a different style of lid so I can continue using the flask, as it holds special memories from our trip. I appreciate the initial effort to resolve the issue, but I wanted to share that the replacement has not corrected the problem.

I have two of these and both unfortunately spill. The old lids were so much better. Just forgot and had it in a bag (standing up) small jostling around and it spilled coffee ruining some items in my bag. I hate this lid with a passion.

Instead of just replacing a worn out gasket, I am forced to buy the whole cap at a greater cost than just buying a gasket. Stupid

I bought this hydro flask for my coffee cup. What a fail! The hydro flask is great and definitely keeps liquid hot. However the lid leaks terribly. I have replaced it twice and replacements still leak. I’ve taken it apart and cleaned the lid and re-positioned the gasket but still leaks. I really want this hydro flask to work because I love them so much but this lid is a fail!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The wide mouth lid is the best. I bought a new hydroflask with the wide mouth straw. It is the worse lid. It always leaks. The manufacturer needs to do something about this. I almost threw away the entire water bottle. Glad I ordered this lid.

This is really the only hydro flask lid I like and I wish they would make one to fit my smaller bottles. Also I’m sure why they market it specifically for hot beverages - it’s great for water - but I guess that doesn’t matter.
