[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The rubber flange is the only part of the lid that gets worn and funky and it should be available separately instead of forcing your customers to buy expensive full caps thus creating more plastic waste by throwing out the old caps.

No Leak Flex Sip Lid
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just received a replacement top for my water bottle due to the original lid leaking. So far it’s working great and Hydro Flask Co was wonderful at replacing lid quickly and no charge to me. Highly recommend this product and the company.

Drips, Drips, Drips!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is one of the more poorly designed products I’ve used, and I have a hard time believing that anyone at the company has used one of these for any length of time. The issue is that when drinking from the lid, often liquid drips and seeps into the seam in the middle of the lid. As the liquid builds up, it will drip from the lid. It is almost like a joke dribble cup. Invariably you will end up with coffee in your clothes if you drink from this lid. There is no solution, it is just extremely poor design. And this is not an isolated case. You can’t find hundreds of reviews across the internet with the same issue. It is also not a new problem, as many of the reviews are years old. A joke of a product Hydro Flask.
