Found Obsolete Item At Going Going Gone

I searched for Hydroflask’s regular size straw-sipper screw. -in top in stores & on-line because I have 2 flasks & only one top. I couldn’t find one anywhere. I called your Going Going Gone Store in Chandler as a last resort & talked to an employee who said they had one in stock. However when I arrived, the one in stock turned out to be for a “wide-mouth” flask. The employee was as disappointed as I was and said he would order one to be shipped free to my home! Kudos to him & Dicks Sporting Goods for their superb customer service!

Had To Have Another

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had two Hydro flasks, but only on flex straw cap, They're totally worth it, I had to have another!

Appreciate The Warranty Replacement. Nice

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Appreciate the warranty replacement. Nice lid. Like that I don’t have to use the straw.

Cheaper Materials?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Make no mistake— I have loved my Hydroflask purchases over the years: from water bottles and camp cups to thermo flasks for take and go: yet there is a VERY distinctive difference with my purchases of the last month: the water bottles now sweat— like big time perspire. They are sweating like glassware with ice— even with far less ice than I would fill my previously purchased (and much older) Hydroflasks. What’s going on?

Perfect Addition

Perfect addition to my hydro fask. Like having the option of a straw or a traditional lid

Glad I Tried This!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Decided to buy the Flex Straw Cap for my Wine Bottle that I use as a water bottle and this cap fits! Since the neck of the bottle is taller I did not need to trim the straw at all. Easy to use and easy to clean.

Perfect !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice small cap. Easy to clean and useful !

Not Good Thanks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wasn’t clear that the lid came with straws so I bought extra straws and now I have 5 straws that are too long btw.

Needed Replacements

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great lids for replacing ours that were worn out and beaten up. Love the straw caps!

Nice Upgrade To The Round Popup, But Less Flow

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice new design, but lacking the same flow volume of the older model.

Excellent Cap And Great Service From The Hydro Flask Team.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent cap and great service from the Hydro Flask team.

Great Flask

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new bigger Hydro flask bottle with my bright pink top… I always know where it is… And it holds a lot more liquid for when I’m out for a long day

Kid Review

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The new lids work perfectly and do not leak like the kids they replaced.

Still Not Correct Item

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What's the point of sending me these? Customer retention is clearly not the goal. If so, you would offer to correct the issue from the beginning by acknowledging the lack of function in these caps. I won't risk buying the other bottles for kids knowing how poorly these work.
