[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not sure if it’s just me, but I have issues getting the big part of the cap off. It’s either suctioned on there so tight I need a jar opener to loosen it, or when I go to open the smaller chug cap, the big one spins, too. It’s pretty annoying. I also wish they would have put a larger carry strap on the big part of the cap, so my bigger bottle is less cumbersome to carry. I’m not convinced this cap is as insulated as it could be, as my ice doesn’t seem to last as long as it should. The chug sip is perfect. But the rest of cap is pretty frustrating. I want to love it, but I can’t.
