[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This top and straw was sent to me to replace defective original straw. It works at least now - disappointing to need to replace when I’ve only had bottle a few months. Also, the bottle slipped out of my hands ONCE and hit the ground, denting the bottom edge. Given the cost of these 32 oz bottles and no finger grips on the straight sides, I’d expect the bottle wouldn’t dent being dropped ONCE and that company would replace it under warranty. It no longer stands without wobbling. They would not replace. They’d only send a “boot”, rubber bottom sleeve which is still as unstable as the dented bottom. Very disappointing. I never had this problem with Owala so I will be returning to that brand. If Hydroflask is not adding finger grip of some sort, they should replace their bottles when they dent after one drop.
