Decent Cup

Cup is pretty good overall. Keeps beverages cold! The process to remove the straw for cleaning is a bit cumbersom!

Purchased A Dud

1 star because the size is perfect and the lid is truly spill proof. -4 stars because this keeps nothing cold. I reached out to hydrojug who suggested it was the amount of ice I’m putting in it & temperature of the water. I’ve used stainless steel tumblers for years & have never had an issue with yeti, owala, Stanley & even generic cups keeping water cold for hours even after refilling. I may have purchased a dud, but my suggestion is to stick with any other brand.
