Disappointed In Dsg's Handling And Quality

I ordered the 32oz Black Tie Traveler for shipping and it arrived scuffed, dirty, chipping, and has a scratch. It was *not* in its original box, like it would have been from HydroJug themselves. I have literally dropped my other Hydros and they've never scuffed or scratched or chipped - so it's like HOW did you to manage to damage people's purchases DSG?! Ordering an item like this for shipping and it not arriving untouched is silly. I saw on social media some people did receive well packaged and protected water bottles, as theirs came in original packaging inside another shipping box vs just wrapped in paper inside of a box that gets tossed around in transit. Really disappointed as I love this design and the brand. I can't believe DSG operates this way... it's my first online purchase here so I don't understand why they'd even waste the time to take someone's purchase out of its original/proper packing that's already in a box, then soft plastic inside that, to wrap in their own, unprotective, coarse packing paper that does what? I do not know. I thought my experience was a fluke. Clearly not. I already ordered another hoping it would arrive in brand new condition, but I am not confident seeing other's reviews. I'll be returning for sure and I am not sure I'll order an exclusive from Dick's ever again honestly! It's too expensive for the experience, cost of standard shipping, and what ultimately diminishes the quality of the product.

Beautiful Cup

I did in store pickup. Loved the design. Noticed some imperfections from the coating when i peeled off the stickers. While its not terrible, I do not appreciate paying $40+ for a cup to come with flaws right out the gate. It might peel mor over time

Scuffed Cup

Received my cup scuffed! Dicks needs better packaging.

Sad

Received damaged. The cup shipped with no protective sleeve. Extremely disappointed.
