Beautiful Design But Horrible Delivery

I was so excited for this design drop that I rushed to the nearest store only to find out they weren’t one of the stores that had them on the floor. So I went and I ordered one online. I just received it today and was so excited to open it just to notice that there was a scuff on the side of the Tumbler and the red rubber bottom was off center so it made the cup lopsided. I did call customer service and she was sweet, but because the Tumbler is out of stock, I cannot exchange. They can only offer a refund and then points for free shipping whenever the product does come in. Sad because she has no idea when they will come back in stock. :(
