Shipping Insufficient

While I do love the HydoJug that I purchased, I despise the packing that DSG chose. You have the boxes somewhere from the manufacturer and this cup should have been placed in the box and sent. NOT wrapped in brown paper wrapping. I have scratches on my long awaited purchase. Afraid if I take it back, I will be blamed for your very poor wrapping job. AND you put it in a box with another unprotected cup. Seriously unhappy.

I’m Upset!!

It hasn’t even been six months and the bottle was already chipped. I take good care of this bottle. I only use it at work and I’ve never dropped it when I carry it to work. I put it in my Backpack In a self compartment. I’m very disappointed this cup is not cheap. It is not Durable

Leak Proof And Holds A Lot!

I am happy with this water bottle - I love the leakproof lid, it makes it easy to throw it in my bag if my hands are full and not worry about spills. It does not keep ice as long as its main competitor, so I guess that's the trade-off. I had to get this one to replace another identical one I had for a year but it fall and dented, and the location of the dent caused it to lose its leakproof seal.
