DSG monkey
I have to say at this point I’m really exhausted as this is the third order maybe fourth in a row that I have received an item via shipping from DSG that is damaged and I’ll now have to return. I’ve just started putting them aside in a box so I now have a box full of walls and Hydro jugs that I have right that I haven’t received That are damaged and I have to be returned. Now I don’t know why they continue to think that when 99% of their customers are complaining about damaged items and wrong items being received via shipping that continuing to wrap them in a piece of paper a couple times and putting it in a box twice at size is sufficient. It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to know that you want to bubble wrap an item safely, which wouldn’t cost the company too much more to save itself, but unfortunately, due to the crappy shipping items that everyone has kept receiving it’s going down the gutter. But do they change? No they just continue. I received a damaged item with the wrong lid. everything else has damaged to it and so they wrap it with coarse paper onto something like a shiny pretty un Hydro jug or the wall, the dent very easily each Chewalla had a large dent on the bottom, which most certainly had to have happened in the mail as I can’t imagine that a an employee would honestly think that was a good item to send to a customer. At this point, I think we’re all just wondering who is it that works in the shipping department are they children? Are they animals? Are they monkeys because if they cannot figure out what people on eBay who are private sellers have figured out many years ago on how to safely ship an item one make sure it’s wrapped in something that gives it cushion to make sure it doesn’t move around shake around or rub around and is in a box where it is nice and snug and wrapped safely. It would literally only cost them a few cents more for a corporation like they are to accomplish this. I don’t know how Stanley does it. I don’t know how Hydro jug does it. I don’t know how simple modern does it. I really don’t know how every single other company, academy, shields, etc. how they all are able to achieve us But one corporation DSG have never been able and seem to be just refusing and laughing at their own customers that continue to post pictures of damaged items and wrong items received like were the dumb ones because we keep ordering and paying, but unfortunately for them we aren’t so that’s why there are many many stores of theirs that are closing down all over the United States so eventually, when they no longer exist, hopefully we can get a company that will sell our items and ship them safely It really just gets to a point where it’s kind of like talking to a five-year-old you can’t reason with them and they can’t learn because they’re not at an age where they can even understand what you’re trying to explain you wouldn’t think that bubble wrap and a box that is fitted would be difficult, but somehow it is very difficult for them not only are they wasting boxes that are twice the size of each item and could be saving money on the size of box shipped, but they’re destroying products. They have to take back, fill up our landfills with and then write off, then receive the customer a discount or exchange, but we’re tired of it so I think we’re not gonna do it anymore and thankfully Scheels and academy and REI and everyone else is starting to carry all the brands that DSG hasn’t and doesn’t even the Hydro jugs. They’re way behind on or sick and tired of the same old Stanley oh Walla and yeti so see you later DSG but I can’t do four packages in a row of damage goods that is insanity and it would be Ludacris of me to continue to order and give you my money to literally purposely send me damaged items. No thank you.
