As a serious runner logging around 70 miles a week, recovery isn’t optional—it’s critical. The Hypervolt has become one of my go-to tools for staying healthy and consistent. I use it almost daily to work out tight spots and muscle kinks, especially in my quads, calves, hamstrings, and glutes. It makes a noticeable difference in how quickly I bounce back after long runs or speed sessions. I also use it pre-run and pre-race to loosen up major muscle groups and get the blood flowing.
