They're pretty cumbersome to get on and deal with the hoses, but once you're in them and situated, the experience is amazing. I wasn't sure what to expect, but what I was expecting definitely not what I experienced. How these work is less like a massage and more like a compression and blood flow treatment. The way it feels to be squeezed in parts of your body that never get squeezed is insane, when the pressure is released and you feel the blood flowing to that part of your leg is an active feeling, you can absolutely notice immediately the change in the oxygen in your leg. I use these before and after long days on my feet and after exercise. I will be buying the arm portion next because the legs blew my mind. If you work retail and spend a lot of time on your feet, these are a wonderful recovery aid.

Extremely Relaxing
I use this after every leg session at the gym. It allows for a quicker recovery and helps with blood flow. I specifically like that you can use the boots as you are charging the main system. This feature allows you to never miss out on a session. My wife also uses these and love them. They help her each time her legs are sore

Amazing For Recovery Or Relaxation
Wow. I had never used a massage tool before and this took my breath away. The pneumatic pressure used in the leg attachments gradually and sequentially applied pressure to my legs, ankles, and feet. I was concerned about the pressure being too much, but over a couple of minutes I adapted to it. I felt extraordinarily relaxed after a 15 minute session-more than I have been in months. While I think this would effective for workout or injury recovery for serious athletes, don't underestimate the general therapeutic aspects of the Normatec 3. What a great experience!
