I got this after trying it out at my local gym. The compression feels nice on my legs after a long training day. Easy to set up and use.

Game Changer For Recovery

As an entry level marathon runner this product has been a force multiplier for my recovery. Even on the lowest setting, it helps the legs get back to working order even after the hardest runs. With the only wrong way using this is to not use it, it’s really accessible for all levels of runners. I was initially concerned with durability, but dogs stepping on it and objects falling on it hasn’t affected it yet. Cannot recommend this enough and will be looking into similar products for other body parts.

I bought the legs, hip and arm attachments. I will say the legs I notice the biggest benefit from. I can notice a big difference in my legs after a workout or training session.

This Normatec leg recovery system is incredible! With a high training volume these have helped me be ready to train again quickly. I love the zone boost feature to focus on calves or knees as needed. I also used the setting for relaxation before sleep and slept super restfully! Can’t wait to try all the options!

The Dr prescribed this treatment to assist with my mom’s lymphedema. It works great at getting her circulation back and is reducing the buildup around her knees. She is already moving around better and faster after just a couple days.

Great item to use post-training either day of or next day. This really helped facilitate blood flow to legs and lessen soreness duration. Pro tip: have your feet elevated while this is running - a recliner or one of those zero gravity lawn chairs is clutch.

Worth Every Penny
