Well built and the heat works great. The massage is more like a light vibration. Love how quick it warms up. My only critque is that the battery life is pretty short and needs to be recharged often.

Works amazingly well. The heat is great (although we only use it at the second setting. The third can get too hot) and the different vibration patterns are nice. Battery life is quite long and the belt is quite comfortable. My wife, my mother in law and myself all use it often and we love it. I’d recommend it to anyone.
