Amazing Device For You Knee!

I bought this for my daughter knee after her soccer games. The machine works well. It has a hot and cold mode with the compression. It is a little bulky and can be difficult to flex when the brace is in place. Also, it will tend to slide down when standing. It is overall a good machine, but a bit pricy for what you get.

It has effectively cut my recovery time in half. ​The device's build quality is excellent—everything feels durable and well-made. The controls are intuitive, though I did have some minor issues with the app's connectivity. Despite that, its performance is outstanding. It's comfortable, easy to clean, charges quickly, and operates quietly. This product has become an essential part of my routine, providing maximum relief with minimal effort.

Next Level Knee Recovery

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let me start by saying I love my Hyperice gear! I’ve personally purchased the Hyperice Hyper Volt 2 Pro and the Hyper X Knee and they both have been phenomenal. I purchased the X Knee after undergoing a knee surgery and there is just nothing else like it on the market. Luckily for me I have been able to test out the new X2 Knee as part of the Hyperice gear testing program 😎 I was definitely curious to see what kind of upgrades they would make to the knee model and boy was I pleasantly surprised to find it has a compression feature now! The heating and cooling modes are not noticeably different but the new built in screen on the device makes it much easier to cycle through the 3 modes and 5 different levels of each. The compression feature also allows for 5 different levels. The icing mode will likely never reach the deep level of real ice but it definitely gets the job done for contrast therapy and loosening up tight or inflamed knees. My only gripe I could really find with the X2 is that it is not as mobile or portable for on-the-go use. Understandably so, the addition of compression and durable ripstop like material creates more rigidity and the X2 is a bit larger and not as flexible as the original. One of my favorite times to use the original X Knee was to get my repaired knee warmed up during my commute to Steamboat Ski Resort, so I will likely still use the original for that purpose. Overall, I am very much a fan of the new X2 Knee and the added compression makes it a significantly better recovery tool over the previous model. But there is nothing even close in comparison to either of these products on the market.

Great Warmup And Recovery!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Disclosure: Hyperice gave me this free product to try. I've used this device for both warming up pre-workout and cooling down post-workout. I've also found it incredibly helpful for managing flare-ups from my knee tendonitis. After regular use, I noticed the usual soreness I experienced both during and after exercise honestly disappeared. My knee recovery improved considerably, allowing me to return to my workouts the next day without issue. The ability to cycle between varying degrees of heat and cold, combined with compression, is a true game-changer. You also have the option to use just heat or just cold. I saw a noticeable improvement in my performance across running, cycling, lifting, climbing, and acrobatic practice. Incorporating heat made my warm-ups faster and more effective. I would highly recommend this to any athlete whose sport involves significant knee flexion, or who struggles with tendonitis or knee pain. It has been a huge help in both my warm-up and recovery routines. I noticed that it doesn't have bluetooth like its predecessor, but maybe that can be added in future iterations! Solid product.
