The product is great; very easy to operate, nice app interface and seems durable. Only criticism is, would like the battery life to be longer. But in the main great product

Great product with cool features and app to control the unit. I had a total knee replacement (TKR) and didn’t have the luxury to take 8-12 weeks off of work. Thus needing something to provide relief while away from home. I was using gel ice packs while driving or in meetings to get the relief needed from swelling throughout the day. The hyperice X is a great alternative while driving (not in meetings due to the fan noise) to provide relief from swelling. It is also good to use while sitting on the recliner (away from my iceman) after dinner for a quick cool down. The cooling is great, it has 5 pads (wish they were connected or overlapped) where l the cold spots are. I found that moving the brace slightly left or right about 10 minutes in helps spread the cooling. The downfall (and was mentioned in a review) is the battery life and the time required to charge the unit after it goes dead. I was shocked on the time required to charge. I’ve gotten 3-20 minute ice (coldest setting) on a charge. I wouldn’t pay full price for this product, due to the battery life, cooling pads, and noise it puts out. I feel getting this on a flash sale on Expert voice was worth what I paid for it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the Hyper X Knee to help with swelling and inflammation after total knee replacement surgery. It is easy to use and has helped with my knee recovery. If you have had knee replacement surgery, I highly recommend purchasing the Hyper X Knee. You won't be disappointed.

I wanted this to be so much more but with how quickly the battery drains (2-3 cold sessions) you almost have to be tethered to an outlet defeating the purpose of convenience. Now, I am impressed of how cold/warm it gets but the fit is not great if you actually want to walk around with it like the advertising suggests. I've used this for my own knee aches, and tried to hack it to us eon my daughter's broken foot. The price is pretty steep and I'm just not sure the value is all the way there (yet).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought it for my 13 year old daughter who is a softball pitcher, she plays year round. She began struggling with knee pain about two months ago, after x rays and MRI doctor said it’s patellofemoral pain syndrome. Therefore, I figured I give the Hyperice a try. So far it has worked okay, it’s practical, however nothing beats icing with an ice pack for better results. Honestly, this device is perfect for athletes to use for maintenance and care and prevent injuries, I have not seen any positive results to rehab a current injury.

The Hyperice X Knee is an absolute game-changer for recovery and pain relief. I’ve used countless ice wraps and heating pads over the years, but nothing comes close to this level of comfort, convenience, and technology. The ability to switch instantly between cold and heat therapy — or alternate between the two — makes it perfect for everything from post-workout recovery to managing chronic soreness or old injuries. The fit is secure and comfortable, and the temperature change is almost instant. I love that it’s completely wireless and rechargeable, so I can move around freely instead of being stuck in one spot with cords and ice packs. The design feels premium, and it’s built to last — exactly what you’d expect from Hyperice. After just a few sessions, my knees felt noticeably better. It’s like having a professional therapy session anytime I need it. The Hyperice X Knee is worth every penny — hands down one of the best recovery tools I’ve ever owned.

My wife has been dealing with chronic knee pain for 30+ years. This is one of the only products on the market that allows her to use cold and heat therapy back to back without having to move. Her recovery time from active sports like mountain biking has shortened and her pain has reduced significantly. Greta product and easy to use

I had a very complicated knee surgery and have a very long recovery/PT process. After a hard PT strength/mobility session, my knee is sore. The hot/cold contrast therapy helps so much and seems to speed my recovery. It's super convenient, which means I use it more than if I had to use separate cold/hot packs. It's also easily portable for work or travel. Essential.

I use this almost every night!! the reason this did not get a 10 and five star is because the battery life is horrible!! 30 minutes and it dies!! I have had a total of 5 knee surgeries between both knees and both knees are bone on bone. The Hyperice X Knee is great and relieves soreness. I use it with my Tenz unit and I get relief. I just wish I could use it longer than 15 minutes on each knee then it is done until it is charged up again. Not the best situation when you need it longer. I do like the unit and it does help! If the battery life would last longer this would be better.

I love using this brace after any activity, the cooling function works incredibly well to help with the swelling & pain I get in my knees from post traumatic arthritis. It’s like if an ice pack stayed at the perfect temp instead of slowly burning/numbing the skin. Wish I had this thing after my MPFL surgery, it is truly a game changer for inflammation relief! Only reason I don’t give it a 10/10 is the price is quite high, everyone I’ve recommended it to balks at the cost.

As a spin instructor, this has really helped with recovery and maintenance of my knee

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the device, however my FSA did not cover the cost of the device even though it says FSA/HSA eligible which was not was I was expecting.

I’ve been using the Hyperice X Knee every day, and it’s honestly one of the best investments I’ve made for my recovery and joint health. The combination of heat and cold therapy in one device is incredibly convenient, and I can really feel the difference after each session, it works. My knee feels more mobile and less achy, whether I’ve had a tough workout or just a long day on my feet. The only downside is that I wish the battery lasted a bit longer, especially since I use it so often. But even with that, the performance and results make it totally worth it. If you're considering it, do it. Your knees will thank you!

The Hyperice X Knee is very easy to use right out of the box. The app is straightforward and simple to use as well. Although there are multiple settings for your specific need, I nearly always set the Injury Maintenance routine and sit back and chill while it does its thing. I would typically use after a mountain bike or dirtbike ride and over the course of the following week after using I noticed decreased pain and swelling in the knee. I notice the greatest relief when using it after a run. I would like to say it made me faster, and theoretically it may have, but this would be difficult to measure. I have seen where some have said the battery life is short, but this has not been an issue for me as I typically put a full charge on it before heading out and wear it on the way home or when I get back. Overall, I highly recommend.

Good after knee surgery, like the ability to plug it in and use it, doesn’t do as much cooling on the patella tendon as I want and nothing for the back. If you get surgery and want one it’s not bad but regular ice packs and a friend to get up and grab them is about the same. Will probably use when I get back to full blown activity to help with swelling
